The class was asked to arrive at creative solutions that were creative yet practical
Senior managers met over a period of eight weeks to look at how they could be more effective as a team in implementing change.

Forty three participants from corporations in the region underwent a team-development day as a prelude to them working together in the ensuing year where they look at the surrounding communities and identify needs.
