Roy's interest in developing more effective teams and improved individual performance stems from a unique perspective and "hands on' experience as a guide and leader of expeditions on four continents, and as a corporation president.
Roy has led National Geographic supported expeditions in Africa and the Arctic. An inspirational speaker, Roy has lectured at the IBM Distinguished Lecturer Series and at the National Geographic in Washington DC, on his experiences of leading teams into unknown territory - on themes ranging from dealing with the unknown to team morale in crisis situations.... highly relevant themes to managers and corporate leaders! His graduate work at Yale University included studies at the School of Organization and Management, and Yale Law School.

Alison Stone-Briggs

Alison Stone-Briggs has worked in the field of organizational development and change management as the Associate Director, Corporate Institute, Bloomsburg University, for over 8 years. She has built on her master's degree in organizational and industrial psychology by developing curriculums for corporations that address current global business trends and issues. These curriculums include workshops on conflict resolution, building team consensus and commitment, diagnosing and solving performance issues, and efficient and effective communication.
Additionally, Alison works one-on-one with senior level executives to help them communicate clearly the mission and vision of their directives so to successfully steer the organization through the ever-changing arena of global business relationships.
